Abstract submission

You are cordially invited to submit abstract for oral presentations at

imtb@fkkt.uni-lj.si.

Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations is 6^th March 2026.

Information about abstract allocation is 27^th March 2026.

Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations is 21^st May 2026.

The registration fee payment deadline for including the abstract in the final program is 22^nd May 2026.

The best Poster Award will be given.

Presentation guidelines

Abstracts
A template for a two-page abstract is available here.

Plenary lectures
45 minutes + 10 minutes discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.

Keynote lectures
25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.

Oral presentations
15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.

Poster spotlight presentations (Short oral)
5 minutes. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.

Posters
Poster dimensions: maximum width of 90 cm, maximum height of 110 cm.
The double-sided self-adhesive tape will be available on site.
