Abstract submission deadline for oral presentations is 6th March 2026.
Information about abstract allocation is 27th March 2026.
Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations is 21st May 2026.
The registration fee payment deadline for including the abstract in the final program is 22nd May 2026.
The best Poster Award will be given.
Presentation guidelines
Abstracts
A template for a two-page abstract will be available.
Plenary lectures
Plenary lectures will take place in 45 min time frame followed by 10 min discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Keynote lectures
Keynote presentations will take place in 25 min time frame followed by 5 min discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Oral presentations
Selected oral presentations will take place in 15 min time frame followed by 5 min discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Poster spotlight presentations (Short oral)
Selected posters will be highlighted by 5 min oral presentations prepared in PowerPoint or other presentation tools. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Posters
Poster dimensions: maximum width of 90 cm, maximum height 110 cm.
The double-sided self-adhesive tape will be available on site.
